Combine YEARS of tumbling/dance for experience or time in the studio. Yes, recreational time counts. If placed in the WRONG category/Level THE ROUTINE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
*ROUTINE TIMES: Solo: 1:30-2 minutes, Teams- 3 minutes.

An hour or less a week in the studio
BEGINNING
(1-2-3) years of experience, Depending on the weekly hours of studio time (1-3hrs) NO DIFFICULT TUMBLING Back springs, aerials, triple turns.
INTERMEDIATE
(3-5) years
ADVANCED
(6-9) years
PRO
Sub teachers, Instructors, 18+ or 10+ years of experience!! Teachers should not compete against students.

“Excellent” based on points. We believe in trophies for each student for this division because it gives our students the
feeling of accomplishment…building competitors one step at a time. RISE is the only competition to give HIGH SCORE
AWARDS for recreational
